Looking for candidates in a particular location? Need to hire someone with specific skills or the right experience? With Monster’s CV Search, you can focus your search using our easy-to-use search tools. Choose from a quick keyword and location search, or refine your search by job title, career level, job category and more. Like your results? You can save your search criteria and be notified via email when new qualified CVs are posted.
When you conduct a search, you’ll see a list of qualified CVs, including top level information like the job seeker’s most recent job title, employer, and desired “target job”. You can choose a brief or detailed view and sort your results by CV title, location and posting date. Simply click a CV title to view the CV in its entirety. Flexible controls let you refine your search, conduct a new search, and save favourite CVs to a folder for later access.
Monster uses a simple folder approach to organising CVs. When you conduct a search and want to save CVs that look promising, you’ll simply select them and add them to a folder. You can create folders in advance, or create one on the spot. We also supply a default folder for quick access. Simply click Add to favourites and the selected CV will be saved for you. Your saved CVs can always be accessed with just a click on your Monster home page.
Once you’ve saved favourite CVs, you can use Monster’s CV rating tool to easily rank candidates based on how qualified they are for a given open job. As you review a candidate’s CV, you’ll select Rate this CV and choose the appropriate rating level. Rating CVs is one quick way to review and organise candidates for future consideration.

Each Monster CV Search product allows for a specific number of CV views. A CV view is counted each time you view a complete CV when you conduct a CV search. Once you save a CV to a folder, you can view it as many times as you like without incurring additional views. You will most likely never exceed your CV views during the duration of your CV search access.
Yes, one of the advantages of Monster’s CV Search is that you can reduce your recruiting time by automating your search. Simply select the candidate requirements that are important to you, such as location, required skills, education, experience level and more. Then tell us how often you’d like to be notified about new matching CVs. That’s all it takes. You can also choose not to be notified and simply run the search whenever you choose with just one click.
